Why the change?

Starting in 2026, I’ve simplified my pricing to make sessions more straightforward, all-inclusive, and reflective of the therapeutic nature of my work. Many clients shared that they prefer pricing that feels more like a medical appointment, without the added stress of tipping or add-ons.

The new rates support high-quality care, sustainability, and a clear, stress-free experience. To ease the transition, clients may book one session prior to January 1, 2026 at the current rates ($110 for 60 minutes / $150 for 90 minutes).
